He's looking for the original scaner not scaner-ex which is the only available version on the website.

Well my man you must've been the only person to have it because since 05 the only mb-01 on 4shared I've seen was a fake Charlie palette and name swap with buffed attack and defense.
that's it, but in that archive there was a lot of sprites edits of charlie in bmp or png format (I don't remember exactly)
I think it wasn't fake, it was the true one in alpha version...

To use it, place both these .exe's in your existing MUGEN folder open the desired .exe (either 3v3.exe if you want 6 onscreen or 4v4.exe if you want 8) it'll change your team battles from 2v2 to whatever .exe you are running. It works on nearly all the screenpacks and such. Enjoy!
