One of the most elusive stages I've ever seen. Public Enemy #1

Me and Hayonik spent have weeks into trying to find information about this stage but the only thing we know for sure are it's author and 1 screenshot. I know you have been collecting for around 10 years so I am consulting your wisdom and I want to know if you know anything more about this stage.

This information was obtained from the owner of the website(http://snkdatabasemugen.free.fr) and taker of the only(known) existing screenshot of the stage (Nonokyo). It was created prior to 2006, It is also an edit of nightbg which i recently requested from you.

i first thought to the soulcalibur nightmare bg but indeed it's an svc edited bg...

Either it is hereunder or in the tons of mugen datas (300 * 700 Mo = 210 Go) that i still need to add to the museum (for being up to ... 2010...)

however the first one is much more beautiful: the second one is a simpler edit with a background from ff7 advent children movie... (old mugen bg too )
